Supply forms

Four forms for four processes.

Your process determines the right form. If you are unsure, choose “Not yet decided” in the Sample Lab.

  • Masterbatch

    For injection moulding, extrusion, blow moulding and fibre spinning. The carrier polymer is matched to your base polymer.

  • Concentrate

    For compounders and formulators, for example for stirring into paints, epoxy systems or aqueous formulations.

  • Coating solution

    For dip, spray and roller application on silicone, plastics, metal and membranes.

  • Finishing agent

    For textiles and nonwovens, by padding or spray application.

A Material and process
Supply form

The form in which you want to process Z-Chitosan.

Material

The material into or onto which Z-Chitosan goes.

For example PP copolymer, melt flow index, Shore hardness or trade name.

Process

The highest temperature the material sees in the process, such as melt temperature or curing temperature.

For example residence time in the barrel. Leave blank if unknown.

Share of masterbatch or additive in the end product, if already set. If open, we will propose a trial range.
